In PYASA we manufacture a wide variety of wire products, which are covered with our thermoplastic compound FORMIFLEX MR, obtaining with this a FULL protection in the wire piece against all types of corrosion, besides the excellent adhesion to the metal and high resistance to the friction.

Other attributes of our FORMIFLEX coated wire products are that they are approved by NSF (National Sanitization Foundation), the FDA and accomplishes the UL-94 HB Flammability Test.

Our process initiates from buying the complete cast (the complete lot) of steel from the companies-steelmakers with special specifications from the metallography and chemical composition point of view.

In the chemical aspect, the steel has less impurities than the common steel to avoid that some metals affect the resistance of the joints of the wire being welded and resists more the vibration and tension.
In the metallography aspect, we check that there are no incrustations or laminations in the steel that can affect the product when bended or welded.
